The B-Source SA (until 2005 Boss Lab SA ) based in Bioggio is a Swiss company for business process and IT outsourcing for the financial industry. The customer base mainly includes private banks and retail banks. B-Source employs around 600 people and achieved sales of 204.9 million Swiss francs in 2010.

The company emerged in 1995 as Boss Lab SA from the merger of the IT service provider Techselesta and the spin-off of the IT development department of BSI SA . As a result, Boss Lab was able to acquire various orders from banks and insurance companies, initially in Switzerland and later also abroad . At the same time, the company acquired several smaller IT service providers. In 2005, Banca del Gottardo joined as a co- shareholder with a quota of 37 percent . At the same time the company name (company) was changed to B-Source SA. As a result of the merger of Banca del Gottardo and BSI, the company came back completely to the BSI (Generali Group).

The Avaloq Group in 2011 acquired a majority stake in B-Source AG with 51%. The BSI (Generali Group) remained a minority shareholder and thus gave its Banking BPO subsidiary a future and growth-oriented ownership structure. B-Source remained an independent legal unit in the Avaloq Group and was managed under an independent name.

In February 2016, the Avaloq Group acquired the entire B-Source. B-Source's business will continue to be run under an independent name.
