BZ Goldberg

Ben Zion Goldberg (* 1963 ) is an American film producer , film director , screenwriter and documentary filmmaker . He gained great fame through his documentary film Hate and Hope - Children in the Middle East , for which he wrote the screenplay, was responsible as a producer together with Justine Shapiro and also made his directorial debut. For this he received an Oscar nomination at the Academy Awards 2002 in the category " Best Documentary ". The award went to Jean-Xavier de Lestrade and Denis Poncet for A Murderer Made to Measure . At the Primetime Emmy Awards in 2002 , he received two News & Documentary Emmy Awards for his participation in the documentary.

In 2011 the film Shilton Ha Chok was released, where he was responsible as a co-producer.
