The BAM Germany AG is in Stuttgart -based construction company . It was created by merging the German turnkey construction areas of the Dutch Royal BAM Group on January 1, 2007 with Müller Altvatter Bauunternehmung GmbH & Co. KG, Stuttgart and Wayss & Freytag Schlüsselfertigbau AG, Frankfurt am Main. The company is part of the Royal BAM Group, the largest construction group in the Netherlands and nine largest groups in Europe.

Today, all business areas are handled by BAM Deutschland AG. This also includes the subsidiaries BAM Sports GmbH (Düsseldorf), BAM Swiss AG (Basel) and BAM Immobilien-Dienstleistungen GmbH (Stuttgart).
