The Bagration Bridge ( Russian Мост Багратион Most Bagration ) is a two-storey, covered pedestrian bridge over the Moskva River in Moscow . The 214-meter-long bridge, completed in September 1997, is located 4 kilometers west of central Moscow and is part of the new Moscow City business district . It is named after the general Pyotr Ivanovich Bagration , who did a great job in the Russo-French War of 1812 in the Battle of Borodino .

The bridge connects the 34-story Tower 2000 office building (Russian: Башня 2000) on the Kutuzovsky Prospekt artery with the Moscow City business district on the right bank of the Moscow River. There is a landing stage for excursion boats on the left bank near the bridge . The metro station Wystawotschnaja (Выставочная) (formerly Delowoi Central (Деловой центр)) is situated at the northern end of the bridge. The covered direct access from the metro station to the bridge has been closed since October 2007 due to renovation work until further notice.

The 16 meter wide and 14 meter high bridge was designed by the architect Boris Tchor (Борис Тхор). It consists of a truss from which the two floors are suspended. The concrete and glass structure contains a shopping arcade with several dozen smaller shops, cafés and restaurants on the lower, fully glazed level, and a viewing platform on the upper, only partially glazed, level . The bridge is equipped with four moving walkways from ThyssenKrupp equipped.
