Baldassare postage
Baldassare Porto (born January 19, 1923 in Catania ; † November 30, 2013 ) was an Italian sprinter who specialized in the 400-meter run .
At the International University Sports Week in 1949, he won silver.
In the 4-by-400-meter relay , he won silver at the European Athletics Championships in Brussels in 1950 and was eliminated from the preliminary stages at the 1952 Olympic Games in Helsinki.
In 1950 he became Italian champion with his personal best of 47.8 s.
