The Balfringletscher is a slope glacier on the northern slope of the Balfrin in the Valais Alps in Switzerland .

It is located in a north-facing high valley bounded by the Gross Bigerhorn ( 3626  m above sea level ), Balfrin (3796 m), Schilthorn (3402 m) and Lammenhorn (3190 m). The glacier's consumption area begins just below these peaks and extends down to 2,700 m, with the glacier tongue in the lowest area being largely covered by rubble. The glacier drains over the Schweibbach into the Saaser Vispa , the Vispa and finally into the Rhône .

The glacier has the number B53 / 11 in the Swiss glacier inventory.
