The tour of the Bangladeshi national cricket team to Kenya in the 2006 season took place from August 12 to 15, 2006. The international cricket tour was part of the 2006 international cricket season and included three ODIs . Bangladesh won the series 3–0.

prehistory

Bangladesh previously played a tour in Zimbabwe and Kenya was the first tour of the season. The last meeting of the two teams on a tour took place in the 2005/06 season in Bangladesh . The tour was originally planned for July but had to be postponed by three weeks due to the lack of funds from the organizers.
