The tour of the Bangladeshi national cricket team to Zimbabwe in the 2006 season took place from July 29th to August 6th, 2006. The international cricket tour was part of the 2006 international cricket season and included five ODIs . Bangladesh won the series 3–2.

prehistory

Zimbabwe previously played a three-nation tournament , for Bangladesh it was the first tour of the season. The last meeting of the two teams on a tour took place in the 2004/05 season in Bangladesh .
