Bangladeshi national cricket team in Zimbabwe in the 2000/01 season
The tour of the Bangladeshi national cricket team to Zimbabwe in the 2000/01 season took place from April 4 to April 26, 2001. The international cricket tour was part of the 2000/01 international cricket season and included two test matches and three ODIs . Zimbabwe won the test series 2-0 and the ODI series 3-0.
prehistory
Zimbabwe previously played a three-nation tournament in Australia , Bangladesh a test against India . It was the first tour of the two teams against each other after Bangladesh received Test status at the beginning of the season.
