The New Zealand national cricket team tour to Zimbabwe in the 2016 season took place from July 28th to August 10th, 2016. The international cricket tour was part of the 2016 international cricket season and included two tests . New Zealand won the series 2-0.

prehistory

Zimbabwe previously played a tour against India , for New Zealand it is the first tour of the season. Prior to the tour, there were concerns about social unrest in Zimbabwe, but the tour took place after a security clearance.
