New Zealand national cricket team in India in the 2012 season
The New Zealand national cricket team tour to India in the 2012 season took place from August 23 to September 11, 2012. The international cricket tour was part of the 2012 International Cricket Season and included two Tests and two Twenty20s . India won the Test series 2-0, while New Zealand won the Twenty20 series 1-0.
prehistory
India previously did a tour in Sri Lanka , New Zealand in the West Indies . The last tour of the two teams against each other took place in the 2010/11 season in India . For both teams, the tour was a preparation for the ICC World Twenty20 2012 which will then take place in Sri Lanka .
