Pakistan national cricket team in India in 2007-08
The 2007-08 season tour of the Pakistani national cricket team to India took place from November 6th to December 12th, 2007. The international cricket tour was part of the 2007/08 international cricket season and included three tests , five ODIs . India won the Test Series 1–0 and the ODI Series 3–2.
prehistory
India previously played a tour against Australia , for Pakistan it was the first tour of the season. The last meeting of the two teams on a tour took place in the 2005/06 season in Pakistan . India named a new test captain before the test with Anil Kumble . With Mahendra Singh Dhoni being the ODI captain, it was the first time India had separate team captains for the test and ODI teams.
