Pakistani national cricket team in Ireland in the 2011 season
The 2011 season tour of the Pakistani national cricket team to Ireland took place from May 28-30, 2011. The international cricket tour was part of the 2011 international cricket season and included two ODIs . Pakistan won the series 2–0.
prehistory
Pakistan previously toured the West Indies , while it was Ireland's first tour of the season. The last meeting of the two teams took place at the 2007 Cricket World Cup . Apart from that, it was Pakistan's first independent tour to Ireland, since previous meetings mostly took place as part of tours of the Pakistanis against England .
