Bangladeshi national cricket team in Ireland and the Netherlands in the 2012 season
The tour of the Bangladeshi national cricket team to Ireland and the Netherlands in the 2012 season took place from July 18-26, 2012. The international cricket tour was part of the 2012 International Cricket Season and included three Twenty20s in Ireland, one Twenty20 against Scotland and two Twenty20s in the Netherlands. Bangladesh beat Ireland 3–0, but lost the game against Scotland and drew 1–1 against the Netherlands.
prehistory
On June 2nd, 2012 it was announced that Bangladesh will tour Ireland. Two days later the games in the Netherlands were announced. For Ireland and Bangladesh, the Games served as preparation for the ICC World Twenty20 2012, which took place later that year.
