The tour of the Bangladeshi national cricket team to South Africa in the 2017/18 season took place from September 28 to October 29, 2017. The international cricket tour was part of the 2017/18 international cricket season and included two tests , three ODIs and two Twenty20s . Bangladesh won the Test Series 2–0, the ODI Series 3–0 and the Twenty20 Series 2–0.

prehistory

It is the first tour of the season for both teams. The last meeting of the two teams took place in the 2015 season in Bangladesh . South Africa won the Test Series 2–0 and the ODI Series 3–0.
