The tour of the Bangladeshi national cricket team to Sri Lanka in the 2019 season took place from July 26th to 31st, 2019. The international cricket tour was part of the 2019 international cricket season and included three ODIs . Sri Lanka won the series 3-0.

prehistory

Due to the attacks on April 21, 2019 in Sri Lanka , the tour was long before the cancellation. The tour was not finally confirmed until July. Both teams previously played at the Cricket World Cup 2019 and were eliminated there in the preliminary round. The last meeting of the two teams on a tour took place in Bangladesh in the 2017/18 season .
