The tour of the Australian national cricket team to Sri Lanka in the 1992 season took place from August 15 to September 13, 1992. The international cricket tour was part of the 1992 international cricket season and included three test matches and three ODIs . Australia won the Test series 1–0 while Sri Lanka won the ODI series 2–1.

It was the first tour of the season for both teams. The last meeting of the two teams on a tour took place in the 1989/90 season in Australia .
