The tour of the Australian national cricket team to Pakistan in the 1988/89 season took place from September 15 to October 14, 1988. The international cricket tour was part of the 1988/89 international cricket season and included three tests and three ODIs . Pakistan won the Test Series and the ODI Series 1–0.

It was the first tour of the season for both teams. The last meeting of the two teams on a tour took place in the 1983/84 season in Australia .
