West Indies cricket team against Pakistan in the 2016-17 season

The West Indies cricket team's tour against Pakistan in the 2016/17 season took place in the United Arab Emirates from September 23 to November 3, 2016 . The international cricket tour was part of the 2016/17 international cricket season and included three tests , three ODIs and three Twenty20s . Pakistan won the ODI and Twenty20 series 3–0 and the Test series 2–1.

prehistory

It is the first tour of the season for both teams. The last meeting of the two teams on a tour took place in the 2013 season in the West Indies . The first test in Dubai will be held as a day / night test, the first in which the two teams are involved. In 2013, Pakistan tried to carry it out against Sri Lanka , but they refused.

Squad lists

The West Indies named their one-day squad on September 5 and their test squad on September 26, 2016. Pakistan named its Twenty20 roster on September 9, its ODI roster on September 25, and its test roster on October 8, 2016.
