The tour of India's national cricket team to Pakistan in the 2003/04 season took place from March 13 to April 16, 2004. The international cricket tour was part of the 2003/04 international cricket season and included three tests and five ODIs . India won the Test Series 2–1 and the ODI Series 3–2.
prehistory
Pakistan previously played a tour in New Zealand , India a three-nation tournament in Australia . The last meeting of the two teams on a tour took place in India in the 1998/99 season . The big issue before the tour was safety. An Indian team examined the venues and accepted the conditions found. Peshawar and Karachi in particular were questionable until the end, but both cities received an ODI.
