The Indian national cricket team's tour to the West Indies in the 2017 season took place from June 23 to July 9, 2017. The international cricket tour was part of the 2017 international cricket season and included five ODIs and one Twenty20 . India won the ODI series 3–1, the West Indies the Twenty20 series 1–0.
prehistory
The West Indies previously played a tour against Afghanistan , while India previously played in the 2017 ICC Champions Trophy . The last meeting of the two teams on a tour took place in the 2016 season in the West Indies .
