The Indian national cricket team's tour to England in the 1990 season took place from July 18 to August 28, 1990. The international cricket tour was part of the 1990 international cricket season and included three tests and two ODIs . England won the Test series 1-0 while India won the ODI series 2-0.

prehistory

This is the first tour of the season for India, while England had previously played a home tour against New Zealand . The last meeting of the two teams on a tour took place in England in the 1986 season .
