The tour of the South African Cricket Team to England in the 1994 season took place from 21 July to 28 August 1994th The international cricket tour was part of the 1994 international cricket season and included three tests and two ODIs . The test series ended in a draw 1−1, while England won the ODI series 2−0.

prehistory

Both teams previously met at the Cricket World Cup in Australia and New Zealand . It was the first tour of the season for South Africa. England played a home touring series against New Zealand prior to this tour . The last meeting of the two teams on a tour took place in England in the 1965 season .
