The tour of the Zimbabwean Cricket Team to England in the 2000 season took place from April 27 to June 5 2000th The international cricket tour was part of the 2000 international cricket season and included two test matches . England won the series 1–0.

prehistory

Zimbabwe previously played in a three-nation tournament , for England it was the first tour of the season. The last meeting of the two teams on a tour took place in the 1999/2000 season in Zimbabwe and it was the first time that the English national team played a tour in Zimbabwe.
