Indian national cricket team in England for the 2018 season
The tour of the Indian Cricket Team to England in the season 2018 took place from 3 July to 11 September 2018th The international cricket tour was part of the 2018 International Cricket Season and included five Tests , three One-Day Internationals and three Twenty20s . India won the Twenty20 series 2–1, while England won the ODI series 2–1 and Test series 4–1.
prehistory
England previously played a tour against Pakistan , India a tour in Ireland . The last meeting of the two teams on a tour took place in India in the 2016/17 season .
