Indian national cricket team in Ireland for the 2018 season
The tour of the Indian Cricket Team for Ireland in the season 2018 took place from 27 to 29 June 2018 in Ireland instead. The international cricket tour is part of the 2018 international cricket season and included two Twenty20s . India won the series 2-0.
prehistory
Ireland previously played a three-nation tournament in the Netherlands , India a Test against Afghanistan . It is India's first tour against Ireland since Ireland became a full member of the International Cricket Council . India's last appearance in Ireland, which so far mostly took place as tour matches as part of tours in England, took place at the Future Cup 2007 .
