The tour of India's national cricket team to England in the 1986 season took place from May 24th to July 8th, 1986. The international cricket tour was part of the 1986 international cricket season and included three tests and two ODIs . India won the Test Series 2–0 while the ODI Series 1–1 ended in a draw.

It was the first tour of the season for both teams. The last meeting of the two teams on a tour took place in the 1984/85 season in India .
