West Indies cricket team in England in the 1988 season

The West Indies cricket team's tour to England in the 1988 season ran from May 19 to August 8, 1988. The international cricket tour was part of the 1988 international cricket season and included five tests and three ODIs . The West Indies won the Test Series 4-0 while England won the ODI Series 3-0.

prehistory

It was the first tour of the season for both teams. The last meeting of the two teams on a tour took place in the 1985/86 season in the West Indies .
