West Indies cricket team in New Zealand in the 2017/18 season
The West Indies cricket team's tour to New Zealand in the 2017/18 season took place from December 1, 2017 to January 3, 2018. The international cricket tour was part of the 2017/18 international cricket season and included two tests , three ODIs and three Twenty20s . New Zealand won the Test Series 2-0, the ODI Series 3-0 and the Twenty20 Series 2-0.
prehistory
New Zealand previously played a tour in India , where both the Twenty20 series and the ODI series were lost. The West Indies previously contested a successful test series in Zimbabwe . The previously planned Twenty20 series in Pakistan has been postponed for security reasons. The last meeting of the two teams on a tour took place in the 2014 season in the West Indies .
