The tour of the English national cricket team to Australia and New Zealand in the 1946/47 season took place from November 29, 1946 to March 25, 1957. The international cricket tour was part of the 1946/47 international cricket season and included the 33rd Hosting the Ashes . The Ashes Series 1946/47 comprised five tests against Australia, as well as a test against New Zealand. Australia won the series against England 3–0, the series between England and New Zealand ended 0–0.

It was the first tour of the season for all teams. The last encounter between England and Australia on a tour took place in England in the 1938 season . New Zealand and England met for the last time in England in the 1937 season .
