The tour of the South African national cricket team to Australia in the 1963/64 season took place from December 6, 1963 to February 12, 1964. The international cricket tour was part of the 1963/64 international cricket season and comprised five tests . The series ended 1-1 in a draw.

prehistory

It was the first tour of the season for both teams. The last meeting of the two teams on a tour took place in the 1957/58 season in South Africa .
