The tour of the South African national cricket team to New Zealand in the 2003/04 season took place from February 13 to March 30, 2004. The international cricket tour was part of the 2003/04 international cricket season and included two tests and six ODIs . New Zealand won the ODI series 5–1, while the Test series 1–1 ended in a draw.

New Zealand previously played a tour against Pakistan , Pakistan a tour against the West Indies . The last meeting of the two teams on a tour took place in South Africa in the 2000/01 season .
