The tour of the Zimbabwean national cricket team to New Zealand in the 2000/01 season took place from December 19, 2000 to January 7, 2001. The international cricket tour was part of the 2000/01 international cricket season and included a test match and three ODIs . Zimbabwe won the ODI series 2-1, the test match ended in a draw.

New Zealand previously did a tour in South Africa and Zimbabwe in India . The last meeting of the two teams took place at the beginning of the season in Zimbabwe .
