Zimbabwean cricket team in Bangladesh in the 2001/02 season

The tour of the Zimbabwean national cricket team to Bangladesh in the 2001/02 season took place from November 8th to 26th, 2001. The international cricket tour was part of the 2001/02 international cricket season and included two test matches and three ODIs . Zimbabwe won the test series 1-0 and the ODI series 3-0.

prehistory

Zimbabwe previously played a tour against England and Bangladesh previously played in the 2001/02 Asian Test Championship . The last meeting of the two teams in a tour took place in the 2000/01 season in Zimbabwe . It was the first home tour in Bangladesh in which more than just one test was held.
