The New Zealand national cricket team tour to Bangladesh in the 2004/05 season took place from October 19 to November 7, 2004. The international cricket tour was part of the 2004/05 international cricket season and included two tests and three ODIs . New Zealand won the Test Series 2-0 and the ODI Series 3-0.

prehistory

It was the first tour of the season for both teams. The last meeting of the two teams on a tour took place in the 2001/02 season in New Zealand . It was New Zealand's first tour to Bangladesh.
