The tour of the New Zealand national cricket team to the West Indies in the 1984/85 season took place from March 29 to April 23, 1985. The international cricket tour was part of the 1984/85 international cricket season and included four tests and five ODIs . The West Indies won the Test Series 2-0 and the ODI Series 5-0.

New Zealand previously played a tour against Pakistan , the West Indies a three-nation tournament in Australia . The last meeting of the two teams on a tour took place in the 1979/80 season in New Zealand .
