Pakistani national cricket team in New Zealand in the 2000/01 season
The tour of the Pakistani national cricket team to New Zealand in the 2000/01 season took place from February 17 to March 27, 2001. The international cricket tour was part of the 2000/01 international cricket season and included three test matches and five ODIs . New Zealand won the ODI series 3–2, the test series ended 1–1.
prehistory
New Zealand previously played a tour against Sri Lanka , Pakistan against England . The last meeting of the two teams on a tour took place in the 1996/97 season in Pakistan .
