The tour of the Pakistani national cricket team to England in the 1982 season took place from July 17 to August 31, 1982. The international cricket tour was part of the 1982 international cricket season and included three tests and two ODIs . England won the Test Series 2–1 and the ODI Series 2–0.

prehistory

England previously played a tour against India , for Pakistan it was the first tour of the season. The last meeting of the two teams on a tour took place in the 1978 season in England .
