Ashes Tour 1909
The 1909 Ashes Tour was the tour of the Australian national cricket team that included the 20th edition of the Ashes , and was held between May 27 and August 11, 1909. The international cricket tour was part of the 1909 international cricket season and included five test matches . Australia won the series 2–1.

It was the first tour of the season for both teams. The last meeting of the two teams on a tour took place in the 1907/08 season in Australia .
