The tour of the West Indies cricket team to England in the 2000 season was held from June 2 to 4 September 2000th The international cricket tour was part of the 2000 international cricket season and included five test matches . England won the test series 3–1.
prehistory
England previously played a tour against Zimbabwe , the West Indies a three-nation tournament . The last meeting of the two teams on a tour took place in the 1997/98 season in the West Indies .
