The West Indies cricket team tour to Pakistan in the 1990/91 season took place from November 9th to December 11th, 1990. The international cricket tour was part of the 1990/91 international cricket season and included three tests and three ODIs . Pakistan won the Test Series 3–0, while the ODI Series 1–1 tied.

Pakistan previously played a tour against New Zealand , for the West Indies it was the first tour of the season. The last meeting of the two teams on a tour took place in the 1987/88 season in the West Indies .
