Sri Lankan national cricket team in India in the 2005-06 season
The Sri Lankan national cricket team tour to India in the 2005/06 season took place from October 25 to December 22, 2005. The international cricket tour was part of the 2005/06 international cricket season and included three tests and seven ODIs . India won the Test Series 3-0 and the ODI Series 6-1.
prehistory
It was the first tour of the season for both teams. The last meeting of the two teams on a tour took place in the 2001 season in Sri Lanka .
