Sri Lankan national cricket team in Zimbabwe in the 1999/2000 season
The Sri Lankan national cricket team tour to Zimbabwe in the 1999/2000 season took place from November 18 to December 19, 1999. The international cricket tour was part of the 1999/2000 international cricket season and included three tests and five ODIs . Sri Lanka won the Test Series 1–0 and the ODI Series 3–1.
prehistory
Zimbabwe previously played a tour against South Africa , Sri Lanka previously took part in a tournament in the United Arab Emirates . The last meeting of the two teams on a tour took place in the 1997/98 season in Sri Lanka .
