Katharina Schwägerl (* 1983 in Passau ) is a German actress and cabaret artist .

Life

Training and stage

Katharina Schwägerl went to school in Passau, the city of her birth, and graduated from a high school in Passau in 2003. From earliest childhood she devoted herself to dance, music and theater. From 2005 to 2009 she completed her acting training in the Elèvensystem at the Schauspielhaus Salzburg and was seen there in numerous roles. In 2008 Schwägerl received a scholarship for the "Summer Academy for Bavarian Folk Drama", an elite course for young Bavarian folk actors under the overall direction of Michael Lerchenberg .

Schwägerl began her stage career with cabaret. From 2003 to 2008 she was a member of the Passau cabaret group “Treibgut”. From March 2010 she was a member of the “Kellerkinder” ensemble of the Passauer Kleinkunstbühne Scharfrichterhaus , with whom she a. a. also made guest appearances at the Theater im Fraunhofer in Munich Under the direction of Matthias Kiefersauer , she was also a member of the own actor ensemble of the Alte Kinos Ebersberg (consisting of Schwägerl, Ferdinand Schmidt-Modrow , Stefan Murr and Sebastian Winkler ) from the end of 2009 and performed there in the play Mörd in 2010 .

Schwägerl now works as a freelance actress. From 2009 to 2012 she made several guest appearances at the Luisenburg Festival (director: Michael Lerchenberg). She played there u. a. Afra / Theres in the folk play Der Brandner Kaspar (2009; WA 2010), the maid Lina in Michel from Lönneberga (2009), the title role in the children's play and family musical Die kleine Hexe (2010), Frau Steinhauser in the family play Meister Eder and sein Pumuckl (2011) and the "wild Karoline" in the children's musical Ritter Kamenbert .

In 2010/2011 she gave a guest performance, together with Caro Hetényi , with the musical Die Alpenköniginnen u. a. at the Comedy Fürth . Schwägerl also came out with numerous scenic productions (cabaret, readings, recitals).

Schwägerl was seen several times on television in the television series Der Komödienstadel . In the Komödienstadel production Glenn Miller & Sauschwanzl (2009), which was recorded in February 2009 in Studio 4 of Bayerischer Rundfunk in Unterföhring , she made her Komödienstadel debut under the direction of Matthias Kiefersauer and at the same time her television debut. She played the main role of Hilde Aicher; she was the daughter of a Munich butcher's wife and rubble woman ( Corinna Binzer ).

In her second Komödienstadel production A Flascherl vom Glück (2011; book: Christian Lex , director: Matthias Kiefersauer), which was recorded in March 2011 in the studio of Bayerischer Rundfunk in Unterföhring, Schwägerl played the waitress Lisa, who lived in the long-established in the summer of 1967 Wirtshaus Fischbräu dreams of mini skirts and the "scent of the big world".

In the Komödienstadel production Hummel im Himmel (2012), which was recorded in November 2012 in the Unterföhring studio, Schwägerl took on a supporting role as Munich animation lady Bernadette during the economic miracle . In the Komödienstadel production Wenn's l towards, then l towards's (2014), her last work for the Komödienstadel , which was recorded in April 2014 in the studio of Bayerischer Rundfunk in Unterföhring, she again had a leading role; she played Mona Leitgeb, the new life partner of the second-hand dealer Raimund Brandstätter ( Dieter Fischer ).

Private

Schwägerl lives in Munich . She is now also professionally dedicated to furniture restoration and design with her own company "Schwägerlwirtschaft" .
