The Bank Power GmbH is a staffing company and a joint venture of the German Bank AG and Manpower GmbH & Co. KG Personal Services , which is established in the market since the 1998th

The company specializes in personnel leasing and placement as well as project and interim management within the finance and insurance industry. Bankpower is active nationwide in 10 locations.

In 2017, Mona Merklin took over the management, replacing Raymond Homo, chairman of the BAP Association of Personnel Placement (VBPV), the Federal Employers' Association of Personnel Service Providers (BAP).

Bankpower has joined the branch collective agreement of BZA ( Federal Association of Temporary Employment Personnel Services ), today BAP ( Federal Employers' Association of Personnel Service Providers ) . In addition, Bankpower is certified according to EN ISO 9001 and participates in the Fair Company initiative for fair payment and promotion of interns and young professionals.

In 2018, Bankpower achieved a turnover of around 62 million euros .
