history

The company was founded in 1931 by François Cramer as the asset management company Cramer & Wagnière and later renamed Cramer & Cie . François Cramer came from the Cramer family, who had lived in Geneva since 1634, and from which several bankers emerged over the generations .

In 2002 the merger with CFN Compagnie Financière Norinvest followed and the conversion into a stock corporation . In March 2003, granted Swiss Federal Banking Commission of Cramer & Cie SA , to act as bank .

On January 1, 2010, was Banque de Patrimoines Privés Genève BPG SA to the bank merged , which was previously acquired 100% of the Norinvest Holding SA.
