The Banque Pasche SA is the investment advisory and asset management specialist Swiss private bank based in Geneva . It was founded in 1885 and is now part of the French financial group Crédit Industriel et Commercial (CIC).

As part of a growth strategy, the bank made various acquisitions in 2006 and 2007. In 2006 she took over the two asset management companies Alternative Gestion and Valeroso , in 2007 the former swissfirst Bank AG in Zurich, Swissfirst Bank (Liechtenstein) AG and Agefor . As a result of the takeover, the assets under management increased from almost CHF 2 billion at the end of 2006 to around CHF 6.8 billion at the end of 2007. Martin Sztremer is the CEO of Banque Pasche. The Chairman of the Board of Directors is Jean-François Kurz, who was also President of FC Lausanne-Sport and the Swiss Football League in the past .
