Barbara Jeż

Barbara Jeż (born October 18, 1948 in Frysztak ) is a former Polish handball player .

Barbara Jeż played 82 international matches for the Polish women's handball team . At club level, she won three Polish championship titles and won the Polish Cup twice.

She married the football player Josef Klose , a member of the German-speaking minority of Silesia . After the birth of a daughter, the son Miroslav was born in 1978 , who later became a German national soccer player. In November of the same year the family moved to France , where Josef Klose had received a contract with AJ Auxerre . One year after returning to Poland in 1985, she moved with her husband and two children to the Federal Republic of Germany and settled in Kusel .
