The Barrett M98B (or Barrett 98 Bravo ) is a sniper rifle that was developed and produced by Barrett Firearms Manufacturing, Inc in the United States . The weapon is a bolt action rifle and fires .338 Lapua Magnum ammunition. The M98B was officially launched in October 2008 and has been on the US market since 2009.
