Bartłomiej Pawełczak (born June 7, 1982 in Więcbork ) is a former Polish rower who won an Olympic silver medal in 2008.

Pawełczak won a bronze medal in the lightweight double sculls at the U23 World Championships in 2003 , and in 2004 he won the lightweight double sculls . In 2005 he entered the adult class in the lightweight four-man without a helmsman and finished sixth at the world championships . In 2006 in Eton the eighth place followed, in 2007 in Munich the Polish four-man took second place in the B final as in 2006. In the Rowing World Cup , the Polish lightweight four finished eighth in the last regatta in 2008. At the Olympic Games in Beijing reached Łukasz Pawłowski , Bartłomiej Pawelczak, Miłosz Bernatajtys and Paweł Randa the A-final, winning in one and a half seconds behind the Danish boat the silver medal. The Canadians received bronze, 0.7 seconds behind the Poles.

The 1.82 m tall Bartłomiej Pawełczak was still active until 2010, his best placement was a fourth place in the lightweight double sculls in the Lucerne World Cup regatta in 2009. At the European Championships in 2010 he competed with Mariusz Stańczuk in the lightweight double sculls and took 13th place as the winner of the C-final.
